AdsBridge Terms of Service

You may use AdsBridge only if you are an authorized user acting on behalf of HSOU TECH LIMITED, JOTO, or another business or organization that is permitted to manage the connected Google Ads accounts and related campaign workflows.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to use it in compliance with these terms, applicable law, and the platform terms and policies that apply to the connected services, including Google Ads and relevant Google API policies.

• Use AdsBridge only within the permissions granted to you.
• Do not attempt to access data or perform actions outside authorized workflows.
• Comply with Google Ads, Google API, and other applicable platform requirements.

AdsBridge may be used only for legitimate campaign operations, campaign diagnostics, landing page and tracking maintenance, internal reporting, and related administrative workflows. You may not use the service for unlawful conduct, unauthorized surveillance, abuse of platform credentials, or attempts to interfere with systems, data, or access controls.

Operators are responsible for the campaign changes, launches, updates, and reporting actions they initiate through the service. You are responsible for protecting credentials, maintaining appropriate account security, and ensuring that your use of the service reflects the permissions and approvals applicable to the connected advertiser accounts.

If you believe access credentials or connected accounts have been compromised, you must stop use of the affected access path and notify the responsible administrator promptly.

AdsBridge depends on third-party services and platforms, including Google services, advertiser accounts, hosting infrastructure, and related systems. Features may change, become unavailable, or require re-authorization based on third-party policies, service availability, account status, or security controls.

JOTO may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal, or policy reasons.

Access may be suspended or terminated if use appears unauthorized, violates these terms, creates security or compliance risk, or is otherwise inconsistent with the intended internal business use of the service.

JOTO may also suspend access when necessary to investigate misuse, protect systems or data, or comply with legal and platform obligations.

AdsBridge is provided for internal operational use on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, JOTO disclaims warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
