AdsBridge Privacy Policy

AdsBridge is an internal campaign operations tool operated by HSOU TECH LIMITED under the JOTO brand. It is intended for authorized business users who manage Google Ads related campaign setup, tracking configuration, launch diagnostics, and internal reporting.

This policy applies to information processed through AdsBridge and the public pages that describe the service. It does not override the privacy practices of third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Google Cloud, or other external services used by authorized operators.

AdsBridge may process information necessary to operate authorized Google Ads workflows. The categories of information depend on the workflow and permissions granted by the connected account.

• Google Ads account, campaign, ad group, asset, landing URL, tracking, and reporting information needed for operational use.
• Google account and OAuth information required to authenticate the operator and maintain an authorized connection.
• Operational logs, sync records, diagnostics, and internal reporting data generated through authorized use of the tool.

We use information only to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the internal functionality of AdsBridge. We do not use connected Google Ads information for unrelated marketing, data brokerage, or resale purposes.

• Operate campaign setup, landing URL, tracking, launch, and reporting workflows requested by authorized operators.
• Monitor system activity, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service reliability and auditability.
• Protect the service, enforce internal access controls, and respond to security or abuse concerns.

Google user data accessed through AdsBridge is used only to support the user-facing features and internal operational workflows authorized by the connected operator. AdsBridge does not sell Google user data.

Where Google API data is processed, HSOU TECH LIMITED and JOTO limit access to authorized personnel and use the data only for campaign operations, diagnostics, reporting, security, and related internal workflow functions.

• Google API data is used only within the scope of the connected workflow and the permissions granted by the operator.
• Google user data is not sold to third parties.
• Google user data is not used for unrelated profiling or unrelated advertising purposes.

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We may disclose information only to authorized internal administrators, infrastructure or service providers supporting the operation of AdsBridge, or when disclosure is required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or protection of rights.

Any such sharing is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant operational, security, or legal purpose.

Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain security, support auditability, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary based on the workflow, record type, and legal or operational requirements.

We use access controls, authenticated access, internal infrastructure controls, and operational review procedures intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
